Dieses Programm l\u00e4uft auf einem Windows-basierten Computer (z. B. einem Laptop) und kann eine Verbindung zu einer S7-1200- oder S7-1500-SPS herstellen, die mit einem OPC-UA-Server ausgestattet ist. Es erm\u00f6glicht die Abstimmung der Regler PID Compact, PID 3Step und PID Temp. Zu diesem Zweck verwendet TiaTuner den PID-Regler PIDMAX mit einem Moment-Autotuner, der im REXYGEN-Regelsystem implementiert ist.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei den Tests der automatischen Reglerparametrierung aus der Entwicklungsumgebung TIA Portal der Firma SIEMENS wurde festgestellt, dass die Reglereinstellung im Modus \u201eFine Tuning\u201c h\u00e4ufig sehr zeitaufwendig ist \u2013 insbesondere bei langsamen Regelprozessen \u2013 und nur f\u00fcr streng begrenzte Parameterbereiche dieses Modus funktioniert.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Gegensatz dazu erfordert der PIDMAX-Block lediglich, dass der Regelkreis zu Beginn des Tuning-Vorgangs einen stabilen oder monoton ansteigenden bzw. abfallenden Zustand aufweist.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die f\u00fcr die Reglerabstimmung mit dem Programm TiaTuner ben\u00f6tigte Zeit ist in der Regel mehrfach k\u00fcrzer als die Zeit, die zur
