A control system for battery-powered heavy duty rail flat wagon based on the REXYGEN was developed. The manipulator is able to carry the load of 5-40 tons.

The wagon is controlled by a wireless remote controller, the control system secures the wagon, provides velocity control with smooth transitions and logs the machine activity. The utilization of the REXYGEN allows remote diagnostics over the Internet.

The control system was developed at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (Department of Cybernetics) for the TEBECO company (later acquired by the HOPAX company).
