The goal of the delivery was to make sticking of labels and strapping of cardboard boxes with air conditioning units fully automatic within a total of four production lines at Daikin. The main benefit for the customer is the saving of human power of two manual workers, eliminating an ergonomically unsuitable workplace and reducing the error rate due to the camera system for output quality control.
Realization of complex delivery:
- Analysis of the current production process, design of a suitable method of automation
- Design and fabrication of conveyors and special mechanical parts
- Development of a robotic head for vacuum gripping of labels by a robot
